Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout projekt implementace Balanced Scorecard pro společnost Visimpex a.s. V teoretické části bylo zpracováno téma podstaty strategického řízení a strategické analýzy (SWOT analýza, Porterova analýza pěti sil, PEST analýza, fi-nanční analýza, moderní měřítka finanční výkonnosti). Následně byl v této části představen systém strategického řízení Balanced Scorecard. V praktické části byly provedeny strategic-ké analýzy okolí společnosti, jejichž výsledky sloužili jako podklad pro vypracování projek-tu implementace Balanced Scorecard. |
