Cílem práce je vytvořit interní audit ve společnosti M.A.B. Group, s.r.o., která se zabývá zprostředkováním dopravních služeb. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje jednotlivé koncepce managementu jakosti. Dále se můžeme dočíst o základních druzích auditů, metodologií auditů a jednotlivých části postupu. Praktická část obsahuje základní informace o společnosti, např. její historie a strukturu zaměstnanců. V analytické části je provedena analýza společnosti pomocí swot analýzy a dotazníkového šetření. Autor provedl samotný audit ve společnosti. Během auditu došlo ke zjištění několika nedostatků,které musely být odstraněny. Po odstranění nedostatků autor provedl následný audit, díky kterému se zjistilo, zda byly nedostatky odstraněny. |

The aim of this thesis is to work out an internal audit of the M.A.B. Ltd. company, which is engaged in arranging transport services. The teoretical part of this work explains particular conceptions of quality management. Further more we can read about the primary varieties of audits, methodology of audits and individual steps of the process. The practical part contains basic information about the company, for example its history and emaployee structure. In the analytical part is proceeded an assessment of the company using the SWOT analysis and a questionare survey. The autor has made an individual audit in the company. During the audit it came to finding of several imperfections, which had to be clea-red off. After these corrections, the autor went trhough another audit, thanks to which it could be told, whether the mistakes were cleared up. |
