Předložená rešerše pokrývá současný stav výzkumu, výroby, vlastností a použití kyseliny mléčné a polylaktidu. V případě kyseliny mléčné je pozornost soustředěna na výrobu fermentačním procesem a zejména pak na metody její purifikace. U polylaktidu byly shrnuty vlastnosti, možnosti přípravy homopolymerů i kopolymerů a jejich použití. Závěr nastiňuje možnosti budoucího vývoje těchto materiálů. |

This work gives a survey o contemporary research, production, properties and applications of lactic acid and polylactide. In case of lactic acid the attention is concentrated on its production by fermentation and especially on method its purification. In case of polylactide on the properties, preparation and production of homopolymer and copolymers and their applications. Conclusion summarises the present state and estimate future development of this materials. |
