Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje současný stav systému managementu pražské public relations agentury PRAM Consulting s.r.o., podle doporučení normy systému jakosti ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000. Teoretická část přibližuje systém managementu jakosti, normy řady ISO 9000, dále se zaměří na normu ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000 a její aplikaci ve službách. Následující analytická část představuje společnost a přechází k samotné analýze současného stavu managementu, která je systematicky rozdělena podle jednotlivých prvků normy na část teoretickou, část popisující stav v organizaci a završuje ji část návrhu a doporučení. V závěru dochází ke shrnutí a hodnocení celé analýzy a přiblížení praktických problémů malých českých podniků se zaváděním normy. |

This bachelory thesis analyses the current state of the management system in the Prague public relations agency PRAM Consulting s.r.o., according to recommendation of the Quality System Standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000. Theoretic part nears the Quality System Management, specification of series ISO 9000, where further targets on the norm ČSN EN ISO 9001 and it is application in services. The next analytic part presents society and goes over to the very analysis state of the current state of the management, that is systematically divided after single cell of the standard on part theoretic, part detailing state in the organization and it rounds off the part of the proposal and the recommendation. In conclusion it happens to the summary and the evaluation of the analyse, that is rounds off the approximation of practical problems, which in small-sized Czech enterprises battle at loading of the standard. |
