dc.description.abstract	Táto práca je zameraná na popis ochrany osobných údajov a informácií na Colnom riaditeľstve Slovenskej republiky, s využitím získaných poznatkov a údajov z činností Colného riaditeľstva a následnej analýzy nedostatkov a návrhov na riešenie problematických oblastí v tejto problematike. Důraz je kladený na jednotlivé právne predpisy, ktoré Colné riaditeľtvo SR, ako orgán štátnej správy musí dodržiavať, ako aj na samotnú ochranu osobných údajov a informácií v praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This dissertation is oriented on the Protection of Personal Data and Information in the Customs Directorate of the Slovakian Republic, on the basis of observations and data acquired from the Customs Directorate of the Slovakian Republic's activities and the subsequent analysis of lacks and insufficiencies within the systems and suggestions for the resolution of the identified problematic areas relating to this field. Emphasis is placed upon the individual legislative rules and regulations (Laws and Amendments) that the Customs Directorate of the Slovakian Republic as a government organ has to comply with as well as upon the actual question of the protection of personal data and information both in theory as well as in praxis (everyday working practice).	en
