dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je analyzovat dotační politiku Městského divadla Zlín, prozkoumat mož-nosti finanční podpory této organizace a navrhnout způsoby zefektivnění dotačního hospo-daření. Teoretická část práce objasňuje čtenáři základní pojmy vztahující se k danému té-matu a představuje možnosti dotování kulturního sektoru jak z tuzemských, tak ze zahra-ničních zdrojů. Analytická část pak seznamuje s výsledky analýzy hospodaření Městského divadla Zlín v období 2005-2007, zejména pak nabízí rozbor přijatých finančních podpor. V závěru práce autor navrhne několik způsobů, jak zlepšit, respektive zefektivnit dotační hospodaření Městského divadla Zlín.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze how the City Theatre of Zlin uses subsidies; then to look into the possibilities of further financial support and last but not least to pro-pose a way to make the subsidies management more effective. The theoretical part clarifies the conception of the given topic and introduces subsidies possibilities for cultural area form both inland and outland sources. The analytical part shows the results of the analysis of the Zlin's City Theatre economics in the period from 2005 to 2007; in particular it offers a deeper analysis of the received financial support. The conclusion of my bachelor thesis proposes couple of methods to make subsidies management of Zlin's City Theatre better and more effective.	en
