Cílem této práce je zhodnotit spokojenost zaměstnanců ve společnosti EMOS spol. s r. o. V literární rešerši jsou z různých úhlů rozvedeny faktory, které spokojenost zaměstnanců ovlivňují. Spokojenost zaměstnanců je zkoumána pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které navazuje na šetření spokojenosti zaměstnanců z minulého roku. Výsledky práce jsou podrobeny srovnání s výsledky z předchozího průzkumu a v závěru jsou uvedena jistá doporučení, která by měla společnosti zvýšit spokojenost zaměstnanců. |

The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the satisfaction of employees in EMOS Inc. company. Factors, which affect the satisfaction of employees, are brought to all parts in literature search. Satisfaction of employees is examined through the use of questionnaire examination, which connects with examination of the satisfaction of employees from last year. Results of thesis are confronted with results of last year. In the conclusion there are recommendations, which should raise the satisfaction of employees in the company. |
