dc.description.abstract	Téma pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si vybrala z oblasti pojišťovnictví. Práce pojednává o problematice pojistných událostí a s nimi spojené problémy jak v účetnictví, tak i poskytovaných služeb zákazníkům. Cílem mé práce je zabývat se likvidací pojistných událostí v Servisní pojišťovně a.s. a v návaznosti na to i technickou rezervou na pojistná plnění a to rezervou RBNS.	cs
