Úloha policie a znalců při vyšetřování počítačové kriminality.Některé vybrané případy zde uvedu jako příklady. |

The aim of this thesis work is to highlight the current criminality, which is called cyber crime. In the wider context, I focus on the diversity forms of this type of crime. I also bring characteristics and types of offenders. For this theme, I include legal aspects of these acts associated laws and also the role of the police and experts in investigating cyber crimes. I will show here some of the selected cases as examples. |
