Ve své práci jsem analyzovala finanční zdraví společnosti Rona, a.s. Hlavním cílem mé práce bylo zjistit finanční situaci společnosti v letech 2003 - 2006 a pokusit se navrhnout opatření k udržení a zlepšení finanční situace podniku. Práce byla členěna do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala popisem finanční analýzy, účelem, zdroji, uživateli, nedostatky a metodami finanční analýzy. Praktická část navazovala na teoretickou. V úvode byla charakterizována analyzovaná společnost, konkurenční společnost, s kterou bylo provedeno srovnání a celkové odvětví, ve kterém firma podniká. Následovala vlastní finanční analýza, vyhodnocení finanční situace firmy a srovnání s konkurentem. Závěrečná část obsahuje zhodnocení zjištěných výsledků včetně návrhů a doporučení pro další činnost podniku. |

I analyzed financial health of the company RONA Co. Ltd. in this bachelor thesis. The main aim of this thesis was to find out financial situation of the company in years 2003-2006 and to suggest steps for sustainability and improvement of financial situation of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part contains characteristics of financial analysis, its purpose, sources, shareholders, deficiencies and methods. Practical part is connected with the theoretical part. Prologue contains characteristics of the analyzed company aned competitive company, which was compared with analyzed company, and characteristics of branch of company's business. Then follows the financial analysis, evaluation of fi-nancial situation of analyzed company and comparison with competitive company. The final part contains the valorizing of results including proposals and recommendations for next activities of the company. |
