V práci je prezentována tematika bankovního controllingu a jeho vliv na motivační systém uvnitř banky. Je zde popsána funkce controllingu a jeho vazba na měření finanční a prodejní výkonnosti banky včetně dopadu na motivační systém. Součástí práce jsou komentáře, doporučení, analýzy současného stavu a sledování vývoje jednotlivých ukazatelů. V praktické části je návrh nového reportu, který je určen vedoucím pracovníkům v distribuční síti k vyhodnocení koncových zaměstnanců banky - osobních bankéřů . Cílem je zvýšení efektivity pracovníků a usnadnění řízení pobočky. |

My thesis presents the subject of bank controlling and its influence on incentive system inside the bank. There is a description of controlling function and its relationship on measuring of the financial and sales performance of the bank including the influence on the incentive system. Another part of the thesis consists of comments, recommendations, ad hoc analyses and monitoring the progression of the particular ratios and indicators. In the practical part of the thesis there is a concept of the new report which is designated to the managers in the distribution network for evaluating their subordinates - personal bankers. The new report aims to increase of the sales force effectiveness and simplification of the branch administration. |
