dc.description.abstract	Hlavným cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je analýza súčasného stavu motivačného programu v spoločnosti PSL, a.s. Pre naplnenie tohto cieľa som najskôr spracovala literárnu rešerš, ktorá je výsledkom štúdia a analýzy dostupných informačných zdrojov vzťahujúcich sa k problematike. V praktickej časti, ktorá vychádza z teoretického základu je charakterizovaná spoločnosť PSL, a.s. Najvýznamnejšou časťou práce je vyhodnotenie uskutočneného prieskumu spokojnosti zamestnancov s motivačným programom spoločnosti PSL, a.s. Záver je syntézou získaných poznatkov a obsahuje aj návrhy na zdokonalenie a zlepšenie motivácie zamestnancov v spoločnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse the present condition of the motivational program at the PSL, a.s. First of all I looked at the background research of the existing studies and analysis in relation to my task. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is emerging from the theoretical basis and characterizes the PSL, a.s. The most significant part of the work conists of the research of the employees' contentment with the motivational program of PSL, a.s. and its further evaluation. In the end of the work there is the synthesis of the gained knowledge and also the suggestions for the future improvement of the employees'motivation in the company.	en
