dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je pomocí reengineeringu změnit proces fakturace na Fakultě multimediálních komunikací Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Teoretická část se zabývá reengineeringem jako takovým a jeho využitím pro efektivnější řízení podniku. Praktická část seznamuje se současným stavem procesu fakturace na univerzitě, dále podrobněji definuje procesy fakturace na Fakultě multimediálních komunikací UTB ve Zlíně, navrhuje reengineering dílčích procesů fakturace a nové formuláře pro potřeby fakturace.	cs
