Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na sestavení optimálního osobního akciového portfolia. Teoretická část vysvětluje zásady finančního trhu a představuje metody fundamentální, technické a psychologické analýzy. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky použity k výběru trhu a následně výběru konkrétních společností z těchto trhů. Kritériem výběru firmy do reálného investičního portfolia je splnění zadaných fundamentálních kritérií a tvorby hodnoty pro své vlastníky - ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Analytická část se zabývá výběrem brokera, samotným procesem investování a vyhodnocením portfolia s ohledem na všechny poplatky, kursové a inflační ztráty. |

This diploma work is focused on decision of the optimum personal of shares. The theoretical part explains the principles of the financial market and it introduces the methods of the fundamental, technical and psychological analysis. In the practical part, theoretical knowledge is used for the choice of the market and subsequently the choice of concrete companies of these markets. The criterion of the choice of the firm for the real investment portfolio is fulfilling of the given fundamental criterions and the production of values for their owners - Economic Value Added. The analytic part deals with the choice of a broker, the process of investment itself and the evaluation of the portfolio with regard all tees and exchange, rate losses. |
