Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice stresu, stresorů, příčinami a vznikem stresových situací a metodami jejich zvládání a diagnostikování Dále posttraumatickou stresovou poruchou a vlivem zátěžových situací na zdraví člověka. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření na téma stresových situací při výkonu služby a jeho vyhodnocení. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo konceptualizovat stávající poznatky. |

This graduation work deals with the stress problems,stressors, reasons and creations of stress situation and methods how to deal and diagnose them. Also post traumatic stress disorder and influence of stress situation on human health. The part of the study is questionary research for stress situation during the duty work and it's evaluation. The main target of the graduation work was to make conception of existing experiences. |
