Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá plánovaním a jeho vplyvom na zvyšovanie výkonnosti spoločnosti VOJUS a.s. V teoretickej časti sú opísané poznatky o tejto dôležitej oblasti riadenia. V praktickej časti pomocou dotazníkov, materiálov spoločnosti a rozhovorov so zamestnancami analyzujeme stav úrovne súčasného plánovania a nakoniec je navrhnutý projekt na základe výsledkov analýzy zameraný na zvýšenie výkonnosti spoločnosti VOJUS a.s. |
