Pro svou diplomovou práci jsem si zvolila téma "Analýza grantových schémat ve Zlínském kraji" v letech 2004 - 2008, která byla vyhlášena Zlínským krajem v rámci Společného regionálního operačního programu. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy, odborná terminologie a vymezen právní rámec týkající se této problematiky. Dále je popsán Společný regionální operační program, z něhož byla grantová schémata podporována. V praktické části je provedena analýza každého z šesti grantových schémat, definovány problémy spojené s realizací a jejich příčiny. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je v závěru práce navrženo několik doporučení pro řešení nedostatků. |

For my Master thesis, I have chosen the topic "Analysis of Grant Schemes in the Zlín Region'q between 2004 and 2008, which was announced by the Zlín Region within the frame of Joint Regional Operational Programme. The theoretical part deals with definitions of basic concepts, specific terminology and the scope of legal framework concerning this issue. Furthermore, the Joint Regional Operational Programme is described herein, from which the grant schemes were supported. The practical part covers the analysis made of each of the six grant schemes, the definition of problems associated with the implementation and the reasons thereof. Based on the facts found, the conclusion of the Thesis includes several recommendations suggested to solve the insufficiencies. |
