dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší návrh opatření vztahujících se k obchodnímu kontraktu. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat a navrhnout řešení, která umožní vyhovět požadavkům ovlivňujícím kvalitu a termíny dodávek zboží. V teoretické části popisuje význam znalostí pro průběžné zlepšování a spirálu znalostí. Na základě toho analyzuje současnou situaci ve firmě a požadavky zákazníka. Pro řešení problému jsou použity nástroje průmyslového inženýrství. Součástí práce je zpracovaná Matice odpovědností a Harmonogram realizace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of the thesis is to suggest the solution which associated to the business contract order. The main aim is to identify and recommend changes that meet the requirements affected to the quality and the terms of the delivery of the goods. It theoretically describes the relevance of the knowledge for the continuous improvement and the spiral of knowledge. Based on the theory it brings about analysis of the present situation in the company and the requirement of the buyer. For solving of the problem the methods of the industrial engineering are used. As parts of the thesis the Responsibility Matrix and the Implementation Schedule are being developed.	en
