Funkční systém managementu jakosti je dnes nutný předpoklad úspěchu na trhu. Minimální zásady a požadavky jsou formulovány v normách řady ISO 9000, které řeší mimo jiné i požadavky na dokumentaci. Práce se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů uvedené normy a návrhem na změnu a zlepšení současné dokumentace systému managementu jakosti ve společnosti Algeco s.r.o. Řešení, které je uvedeno v praktické části, je v praxi postupně realizováno. |

Minimum priciples and requirements are formulatedin standards series ISO 9000, which solving requirements up to the documentation also. My business is the explanation of basic concepts of this standards, amendment and improvement of current documentation of quality management in company Algeco s.r.o. The solution as was remarked in practical section is progressively realized in practice. |
