dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce "Metodika a zvláštnosti vyšetřování krádeží motorových vozidel" je zpracována tak, aby umožnila široké veřejnosti a zvláště studentům oboru Bezpečnostní technologie, systémy a management, pochopit problematiku vztahující se k páchání trestného činu krádeží motorových vozidel. Tato práce se skládá ze sedmi hlavních kapitol. První kapitola popisuje metodiku a zvláštnosti vyšetřování krádeží motorových vozidel. Druhá kapitola popisuje jednotlivé způsoby páchání této kriminality. Třetí kapitola se zabývá možností zajišťování důkazů. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje identifikační znaky motorových vozidel a možnosti jejich změny. Pátá kapitola se zabývá statistikou ukradených motorových vozidel. Šestá kapitola popisuje preventivní opatření proti krádežím motorových vozidel a sedmá kapitola se zabývá pokusným odcizením motorového vozidla značky Škoda Favorit 135.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor's thesis "Methodology and the particularities of the investigation of thefts of motor vehicles" has been prepared so as to enable the general public and especially the students field of security technology, systems and management to understand issues relating to the commission of the offense of theft of motor vehicles. This work shall consist of seven main chapters. The first chapter describes the methodology and the particularities of the investigation of thefts of motor vehicles. The second chapter describes the various ways of committing this crime. The third chapter deals with the possibility of providing evidence. The fourth chapter describes the identifying features of motor vehicles and the possibility of change. The fifth chapter deals with the statistics, stolen motor vehicles. The sixth chapter describes preventive measures against theft of motor vehicles and seventh chapter deals with the experimental theft of motor vehicle brand Skoda Favorit 135th.	en
