Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou revitalizace brownfieldu bývalých kasáren ve městě Hodonín a dopadů, které dosavadní proces revitalizace přinesl. V první části jsou zpracovány teoretické východiska vztahující se obecně k brownfieldům od definice a klasifikace až po dopady, které s revitalizací souvisí. V další - praktické části je analyzována současná situace města, identifikován brownfield bývalých kasáren, a návrh jejich revitalizace. Ze získaných výsledků, které byly zpracovány je provedeno hodnocení dosavadních dopadů revitalizace s následným doporučením pro další podobné projekty. |

The master thesis deals with problems of revitalization brownfield former barracks in the town of Hodonin and the impact that the current process of the revitalization has brought. In the first part there is presented the theoretical background related to brownfields in general from the definition and the classification to the impact that the revitalization is linked to. In the second, practical part of the master thesis there is analyzed the current situation of the town, identified the brownfield of former barracks, and a proposal for their revitalization. On the basis of the obtained results is made the evaluation of the existing the up to now revitalization impact and finally there are introduced recommendations for other follow up similar projects. |
