Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na controlling. V poslední době je controlling stále více zaváděn jako samostatný úsek v podnicích. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá controllingem, jeho vývojem, uplatněním, operativním a strategickým plánováním, kontro-lou a analýzou. Praktická část je zaměřena na controlling v daném podniku. Jak je control-ling v podniku zaveden, jaké jsou jeho úkoly a činnosti. Řeší se zde odchylky, které vzni-kají podniku na základě analýzy, a navrhuje se opatření, které povede k eliminaci těchto odchylek. |

The bachelor work is targeted at controlling. At last time is controlling always more intro-duced like separate section in enterprise. The theory part of bachelor work focuses on controlling, its development, usage, operational and strategic planning, controling and analysis. The practical part is concerned on controlling in the company. How is controlling in the company estabilished, what are its tasks and activities. Diversions which are rised in the company, are solid on grand of the analysis and steps, which are conducted to eli-mination these diversions, are sugested. |
