dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší problematiku zadržovací a odváděcí techniky v PKB a její využití v zadržovacím procesu. V úvodních kapitolách jsou diskutovány společenské a právní prostředí problematiky zadržení. Poté následuje kapitola o zadržovacích a odváděcích prostředcích, komunikaci se zadržovaným a komunikaci s PČR. V další kapitole je zhodnocen provedený veřejný průzkum. Následující kapitola pak pojednává o zadržovacích a odváděcích technikách. Závěrečné dvě kapitoly obsahují schéma postupu pracovníka PKB v zadržovacím procesu a praktické příklady zadržení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Master thesis solves problems of arresting and directing technique in PKB and their usage in arresting process. In first two chapters are discussed social and juridical backgrounds in problems of arresting. After it follow chapter about arresting and directing instruments, communication with arresting person and communication with Police. In the next chapter is evaluation of public research. In following chapter we can find disquisition about arresting and directing technique. The two finale chapters contain scheme for industry of commercial security worker about arresting process and practical examples of arresting.	en
