Při operacích totálních endoprotéz kyčelního či koleního kloubu se dosud v lékařství nejčastěji uplatňují kloubní komponenty, které jsou vyrobeny z UHMW PE. Bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou, vlastnostmi a aplikacemi UHMW PE v lékařství. Dále je zde nastíněna problematika, které je spojena s použitím výše uvedených implantátů-polyethylenový otěr, a současně uvedeno možné řešení. |
