dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na vzdělávání vybraných skupin populace České republiky v oblasti ochrany obyvatel. V teoretické části rozebírám základní pojmy, nejdůležitější orgá-ny a popisuji, jakým způsobem lze vzdělávat děti a dospělou populaci v oblasti ochrany obyvatel. V praktické části popisuji skutečný stav vzdělávání na základních a středních školách, edukaci učitelů a poskytování informací dospělé populaci. V závěru shrnuji výsledky provedené analýzy a navrhuji možné zlepšení úrovně vzdělávání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's degree thesis is aimed on the education of selected groups of population in the Czech Republic in the area of civil protection. In the theoretical part, there are explai-ned basic terminology, the most importat authorities, described way of education for chil-dren and adults. In the practical part, there is described real status of education at primary and secondary schools, teachers' education and information provision to the adults. At the end there is a summary of results and suggestion for possible improvements of education level.	en
