Diplomová práca je zameraná na projekt eliminácie plytvania na dielni panto vo firme RONA, a.s. Lednické Rovne. V prvej časti sú spracované teoretické poznatky o plytvaní a o vybraných metódach priemyslového inžinierstva, medzi ktoré patrí 5S, Kanban, TPM a ďaľšie. Tie sú základným kameňom pre spracovanie praktickej časti, ktorú tvorí analýza a projekt. Analýza súčasného stavu je rozčlenená podľa jednotlivých druhov plytvania, čím je možné okamžite identifikovať rozsah nedostatkov na dielni panto. Projekt je návrhom na zdokonalenie v podobe aplikácie zvolených metód priemyslového inžinierstva vedúcich k redukcii plytvania. V závere projektu sú sformulované návrhy a doporučenia na zlepšenie ako aj ich zhodnotenie. |

Given graduation thesis is focused on elimination of waste project in Panto workshop in RONA, a.s. Lednické Rovne. In the introductory part of this thesis the theoretical knowledge of waste and selected topics of management of industrial engineering e.g. 5S, Kanban, TPM are discussed. These are the basics for processing the practical part of thesis which consist of analysis and project. The current state analysis is sectionalized by single waste type and this allows us to identify immediately the range of shortages in Panto workshop. This project suggests improvement by applying chosen industrial engineering methods that lead to waste reduction. In conclusions the proposals and recommendation of improvement have been set. |
