Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zavedení ukazatele OEE na linkách FF S&A ve společnosti Continental Automotive Systems Czech Republic s.r.o. Cílem této práce je zefektivnit sledování OEE a zavádění na nové linky. V teoretické části se autor věnuje problematice TPM a jejím pilířům. Analytická část se zaobírá systémem sběru dat na FF S&A, které slouží k vyhodnocování prostojů a chyb. Hlavním obsahem projektové části je uživatelská příručka, vypracována pro nový systém vyhodnocování OEE. V závěru práce se zhodnocuje uvedené řešení. |
