dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce byla realizace literární rešerše na téma krizové řízení a připravenost orgánů státní správy čelit potencionálnímu teroristickému útoku. V teoretické části byly analyzovány problémy týkající se oblasti krizového řízení a aplikace norem souvisejících s danou problematikou. Praktická část pojednává o reakci orgánů státní správy na konkrétní hrozbu teroristického útoku na území Zlínského kraje. Součásti práce je simulace následků této akce a případných opatření k zabránění jejímu opakování.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of crisis management and the government readiness to counter a potential terrorist attack. The thesis is divided into two parts. The literary study analysis problems related to a sphere of crisis management and application of the standards related to the issue. The practical part describes the government reaction to the specific threat of the terrorist attack in the Zlin region. Simulation of the possible impact as well as necessary measures to prevent its repetition is included.	en
