dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou interní komunikace na Městském úřadě v Bystřici pod Hostýnem. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku vnitroorganizační komunikace a jednotlivých komunikačních nástrojů se zaměřením na instituce veřejné správy. Praktická část této práce obsahuje analýzy současného stavu interní komunikace na městském úřadě. Součástí analýz je i dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci. V závěru diplomové práce je zpracován projekt efektivní interní komunikace rozdělený na tři dílčí projekty se zhodnocením nákladů a identifikací možných rizik, která mohou realizaci jednotlivých projektů ohrozit.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Diploma Thesis is focused on internal communication of the Municipal Office in the town of Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The theoretical part deals with internal communication and its instruments with a view to public administration's institutions. The practical part contains analyses of the present condition of the Municipal Office's internal communication, including a quantitative research among the employees. After analysing the results there was made a project of effective internal communication, which was divided into three partial projects including cost analysis and identification of the risks that threaten its implementation.	en
