Tato bakalářská práce je věnována systému Czech POINT, konkrétně jeho vybudování v obci Veselá. Teoretická část se zabývá informacemi, informačními systémy a komunikací občanů s orgány veřejné správy, což se úzce váže k systému Czech POINT, jímž se má bakalářská práce zabývá především. Praktická část práce je věnována podrobnějšímu seznámení s obcí Veselá a procesu implementace terminálu Czech POINT. Dále popisuje pohled místních občanů na terminál Czech POINT zjištěný dotazníkovým šetřením a analyzuje vhodnost a potencionální efektivitu terminálu v této obci. |

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the Czech POINT system especially its creating in Veselá village. The teoretical part deals with information, information systems and communication among inhabitants and authorities of public administration which is related to the Czech POINT system that my bachelor thesis deals with mainly. The practical part is considered with more detailed presentation of the village Vesela and the process of implementation of the Czech POINT terminal. Then it describes the meaning of local inhabitants about the terminal Czech POINT got at the questionnary investigation and analysis availability and potencional effictivity of the terminal in this village. |
