Práce je věnována pracovní motivaci vývojových konstruktérů a technologů. Analýza motivace této skupiny zaměstnanců je provedena v konkrétním výrobním závodě dotazníkovou metodou. Vyhodnocení výsledků průzkumu je porovnáno s teoretickými poznatky, které popisuje první část práce. Průzkum motivace včetně shrnutí popisuje druhá část práce. Závěrem a výsledkem celé práce jsou doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení motivačního plánu a strategie uplatňované ve společnosti analyzovaných pracovníků. |

This work concentrates on the working motivation of developers - designers and process engineers. The motivation analysis of this employee group is made in specific manufacturing plant by question-form. Interpretation of the research results is compared with theoretical knowledge that is described in the first part of the work. Motivation research including summary covers the second part of the work. The work closes and results in recommendations of motivation plan and strategy improvement that are used at the company of the analysed employee group. |
