dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou konfliktů na pracovišti a možnostmi, jak takové konflikty řešit. Cílem práce je analyzovat konfliktní situace v podniku ZLINER, s.r.o. a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení současných vztahů na pracovišti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část shrnuje základní pojmy a všeobecné in-formace z oblasti konfliktů. Jsou zde popsány úrovně konfliktu a celý jeho proces, druhy konfliktu, příčiny a důsledky, způsoby řešení a rady jak konfliktům předcházet, aby neved-ly k psychoteroru. Praktická část obsahuje stručné představení firmy. Následuje analýza současného stavu konfliktů ve firmě pomocí dotazníkového výzkumu. Na základě této ana-lýzy je zpracován projekt řešení konfliktů, jehož prostřednictvím se snažím snížit množství konfliktů a zlepšit jejich zvládání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with conflicts in the workplace and possibilities how to solve such conflicts. The aim of the master thesis is to analyse conflict situations in the company ZLINER, Ltd. and to suggest measures to improve contemporary relationships in the work-place. The master thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part summarizes basic terms and general information about conflicts. The conflict levels are described here and a whole conflict process as well, sorts of conflicts, conflict causes and consequences, means of solving and advice how to prevent conflicts from happening, so that they won't lead to a psychoterror. The practical part contains brief introduction of the company. Then follows the analysis of the contemporary state of conflicts in the company by the help of question-aire research. The project of conflict solving was worked on the basis of this analysis and by means of which I will reduce the amount of conflicts and improve their solving.
