dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení výhodnosti investice, kterou v této práci představuje větrná elektrárna. Posuzování bude probíhat pomocí kritérií hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičních projektů. Výsledky práce by měly pomoci potenciálním investorům s rozhodováním, zda podobnou investici realizovat či nikoliv. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou obnovitelných zdrojů energie a investičního rozhodování. V praktické části je pak samotné hodnocení výhodnosti dvou investičních variant (dvě větrné elektrárny o rozdílných jmenovitých výkonech a parametrech). Varianty jsou také porovnány mezi sebou a je vybrána varianta výhodnější, u které se dále prováděla citlivostní analýza. V závěru jsou shrnuty a vyhodnoceny poznatky získané v praktické části.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis deals with assessing the profitability of investment represented by a wind power station in this work. Assessment will be using the evaluation criteria of economic efficiency of investment projects. The work should help potential investors with a decision-making, whether a similar investment carry out or not. The theoretical part covers with the issues of renewable energy sources and investment decisions. In the practical part is the evaluation of profitability of the two investment variants (two wind power stations with different rated outputs and parameters). Variants are also compared with each other and the better option is selected, the one which was also carried out a sensitivity analysis. In the conclusion, the knowledge gained in the practical part are summarized and evaluated.	en
