Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku finančního řízení a faktory, které ho ovlivňují. V první (teoretické) části je uvedena literární rešerše, která má nastínit tuto problematiku z teoretického pohledu. V této části je čerpáno z aktuálních děl uznávaných autorů, kteří se danou tematikou zabývají. V druhé (praktické) části jsou tyto poznatky uplatněny na konkrétní firmě. Je provedena finanční analýza, která slouží k určení faktorů ovlivňujících finanční řízení. Poté jsou zpracovány návrhy a doporučení pro finanční řízení společnosti Gumárna Morava, s.r.o. |

This bachelor's thesis is aimed at the problematic of financial management and factors with the influence upon it. The first (theoretical) part is stated with the literature search which is meant to outline the problematic from the theoretical point of view. In this part I draw from up to date publications of authors interested in the set problematic. In the second (practical) part is the knowledge gained used on the specific company. The financial analysis has been done to appoint the factors influencing the financial management. After that the suggestions and recommendations for financial management of the company Gumárna Morava, s.r.o. are compiled. |
