V teoretické části definuji logistický management a složky manažerských funkcí, které zahrnují způsoby rozhodování a řízení firmy. Je nutno podotknout i logistický informační systém, strukturu a výstup ze systému. Práce dále pojednává o mezinárodní obchodní operaci, která zahrnuje přímý vývoz daného zboží spolu s cenou, clem a dalšími náležitostmi obchodní operace. Praktická část řeší běžnou praxi ve firmě. |
