Ve své bakalářské práci se snažím vybrat nejefektivnější zdroj financování pro investiční záměr firmy Pneu Plus, s.r.o., týkající se rozšíření provozovny poskytující pneuservisní služby ve Zlíně. Na základě finanční analýzy, kterou provedu, zhodnotím finanční situaci firmy vzhledem k investičnímu záměru a následně posoudím možnosti, jak by bylo možné projekt financovat. Jako zdroj financování vyberu úvěr a dále vybrané dva úvěry mezi se-bou porovnám. Na základě porovnání verifikuju nejvhodnější variantu zdroje pro financo-vání investičního záměru a pomocí metod pro hodnocení efektivnosti investic zhodnotím danou efektivitu vybraného zdroje. Na závěr posoudím možná rizika spojená s projektem. |

In my bachelor thesis I am trying to choose the most effective source of funding for in-vestment plan of a company called Pneu Plus, Ltd., regarding enlargement of place of business providing tire services in Zlín. On the basis of the financial analysis that I will carry out, I will assess financial situation of the company owing to investment plan and in the following step I will judge options how it would be possible to finance the project. A loan will be chosen as a source of financing and then the two selected loans will be compa-red. On the basis of the comparison I will verify the most suitable variant and using methods for assessment of effectiveness of investment I will evaluate the given effective-ness of the chosen source. Finally I will judge possible risks associated with the project. |
