Tato práce se zabývá vlastnostmi a použitím integrovaného obvodu od firmy Winbond - obvodu ISD 17xx. První část je zaměřena na teoretickou reserši k seznámení s těmito obvody, zejména na popis fyzických vlastností obvodu a jeho funkcí. Dále se zabývá praktickým využitím těchto obvodů v běžném životě. V druhé části jsem se zaměřil na vlastní realizaci, podmínky uvedení do provozu a laboratorní úlohu. |
