Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu rozvoje internetového obchodu sdružením fyzických osob XY. Teoretická část rozebírá problematiku elektronického podnikání a obchodování, jeho formy, rizika, výhody a nevýhody s ním spojené. Dále jsou zde zpracovány teoretické poznatky z oblasti finanční analýzy a investičního rozhodování. V praktické části je pro-střednictvím finanční a SWOT analýzy zhodnocena současná situace podnikatelského sub-jektu. Následuje představení projektu rozvoje internetového obchodu, výběr z možných zdrojů financování a na základě předpokládaných peněžních toků je zhodnocena jeho eko-nomická efektivnost. V závěru je ověřena vhodnost zvoleného způsobu financování a vy-mezeny rizika projektu. |

The diploma thesis is devoted to the subject of the development of Internet commerce by the XY association of natural persons. The theoretical part discusses the issue of electronic commerce, its forms and the risks, advantages and disadvantages involved. It also summa-rizes the theoretical knowledge on financial analysis and investment decision-making. The practical part evaluates the current state of the business by means of financial and SWOT analysis. It is followed by a presentation of the project for the development of Internet commerce, the selection of possible sources of its financing, and based on estimated cash flow, its economic effectivity is evaluated. The final part of the thesis deals with the verifi-cation of the appropriateness of the chosen means of financing and the determination of the risks associated with the project. |
