Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice domácího násilí a institutu vykázání. Teoretická část osvětluje samotný pojem domácího násilí, jeho znaky, příčiny, kdo je obětí a pachate-lem násilí. Dále autor zmiňuje současnou legislativu ve vztahu k domácímu násilí a blíže se pak zabývá institutem vykázání jako opatřením netrestního charakteru. V praktické části jsou porovnávána jednotlivá vykázání v roce 2007 a 2008 a popisovány konkrétní kazuisti-ky domácího násilí s cílem ověřit v praxi mechanismy boje proti domácímu násilí. |

The Bachelor Thesis describes the problem of a home violence and an expulsion institute. It is concentrated on the notion of home violence, its characters, causes of violence, who is a victim and who is an offender in the theoretical part. The author mentions the references to current legislation too, which are focused on the fight against home violence and he targets to the expulsion institute closer as a remedy with a non-punitive character. In the practical part the individual expulsion institutes in the years 2007 and 2008 are compared and it deals with concrete causes of home violence with the aim to verify the fight mecha-nisms against the home violence. |
