Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční situace podniku XY, s.r.o. za období 2004 - 2007. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se vztahuje k problematice teorie finanční analýzy. Je zde proveden literární průzkum zdrojů vypovídajících o finanční analýze podniku. Tato část zahrnuje především její účel, metody a postupy. V praktické části je uvedena stručná charakteristika firmy, popis činností včetně její strategie. Následuje samotná finanční analýza, zahrnující absolutní, rozdílové, poměrové a souhrnné ukazatele. Závěrem je pak shrnutí celkové analýzy a zjištěných skutečností s návrhy a doporučeními na zlepšení finanční situace podniku. |

This bachelor is about evaluation financial situation of the XY Company, Ltd. during the period 2004 - 2007. The thesis consists of two parts. First one is related to the theory issue of the financial analysis. There is literary research of sources about financial analysis of the company. This part includes especially its purpose, methods and procedure. In practice part there are brief characteristic of the company, specification its activities with its main strategies. Next one is financial analysis included examination of absolute, differential, proportional and aggregate indexes. Final part consists of summary about analysis and surveyed facts with proposal and recommendation to improve financial situation of the company. |
