Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na město Zlín v oblasti bydlení a bytové politiky. Je rozdělena na dvě části a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti bydlení a stručná charakteristika dotazníku a swot analýzy. Praktická část se zabývá problematikou dostupnosti bytů v nájmu města, stanovení výše nájemného a analýzami domovního a bytového fondu města Zlína. Závěrem je sestavena swot analýza a krátké dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na potřeby obyvatelstva. |

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the city of Zlín and its housing area and housing policy. The work is divided into two parts - the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts concerning housing, the concise characteristics of a questionnaire and a swot analysis. The practical part deals with the problems of the availability of apartments provided by the city, the assessment of rent and the analyses of housing stock and multi-bedroom housing of the city of Zlín. Finally, the swot analysis and the short questionnaire centered on the needs of the inhabitants are created to sum up the results. |
