Diplomová práce je koncipovaná s ohledem na potřeby občanského sdružení M2M. Zabývá se těmi tématy, které lektoři o. s. M2M v empirické části diplomové práce hodnotili jako stěžejní pro svou práci. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s občanským sdružením M2M, jeho činností, metodami práce, způsobem organizace a financováním. Druhá a nej-rozsáhlejší kapitola se věnuje problematice sociální komunikace se zřetelem na efektivní způsoby dorozumívání. Prostor dostávají i vybraná témata z oboru sociální psychologie, konkrétně dynamika malé sociální skupiny a problematika skupinové kooperace. Hra a její význam v učení zážitkem se stala námětem pro zpracování čtvrté kapitoly, na niž volně navazujeme tématem vedení reflexí a schopnost sebereflexe, jako prostředku poznání sebe sama. Teoretickou část uzavíráme úvahou nad možnostmi rozvoje osobnosti a autenticitou. Praktická část obsahuje popis výzkumného projektu. V tabulkách a grafech zde prezentu-jeme výsledky výzkumu, v němž jsme zkoumali názory lektorů na znalosti a dovednosti, významné pro jejich práci v o. s. M2M. Ke sběru dat jsme využili Q-metodologii, pro vy-hodnocení deskriptivní statistické metody. |

This thesis has been conceived with regard to the needs of the civil association M2M. It engages in those topics which lectors of the c. a. M2M assessed as fundamental in the empirical part of their thesis. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the civil asso-ciation M2M, its activities, methods of work, ways of organization and financing. Second and the most extensive chapter addresses social cooperation problems in consideration of effective ways of intercommunication. Selected topics from the field of social psychology are also given their space, specifically the dynamics of a small social group and group co-operation problems. Play and its significance in teaching by experience has become the subject matter of the fourth chapter works. We freely proceed from it with the topic of reflex guiding and the ability of self-reflection as the means of self discovery. The theoretical part is concluded with the thought about possibilities of personality development and authenticity. The practical part holds the description of our research project. With the help of tables and charts, we present here the results of our research, in which we studied the lectors' opinions on knowledge and skills that were essential for their work in c. a. M2M. We used Q-methodology to collect our data and descriptive statistical methods to evaluate. |
