dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce shrnuje vývoj trestu smrti na našem území od prvního osídlování slovanskými kmeny až po jeho zrušení v roce 1990. Provádí historicko-srovnávací metodou popis, jak se zhruba tisíc let vyvíjelo v lidské společnosti soudnictví a následné trestání provinilců. Analýzou historických dokumentů a odborné literatury poskytuje ucelený pohled na používání trestu smrti, kdy byl součástí našeho právního řádu až do jeho zrušení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis summarizes the development of the death penalty in our region since the first settlement by the Slavonic tribes till the abolition of capital punishment in 1990. This piece of work describes by the historical-comparative method how the judiciary in human society and the forms of capital punishments were developing throughout the centuries. The analysis of historical documents and scientifically based literature provide comprehensive view about the practise of the death penalty, since included in our rule of law until its abolition.	en
