Diplomová práce se zabývá reálným zavedením franchisy franchisorem do konkrétní spo-lečnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretickou část věno-vanou především výhodám a nevýhodám plynoucím z franchisingu, jež jsou základem pro rozhodování a praktické uplatnění této formy podnikání. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou vnitřních a vnějších podmínek pro zavedení daného franchisového konceptu a ověřením dané koncepce. Finanční stránka projektu je zkoumána z hlediska návratnosti a efektivnosti investice. Dále byly stanoveny další podmínky pro možnost spuštění pilotního provozu. Závěr práce hodnotí dosažené výsledky. |

The diploma work is engaged in implementation of the franchise by franchisor in a particu-lar company. The work is devided in two sections. The first one focuses on theoretical part dedicated to both advantages and disadvantages implicit in franchising. These are the base for decisions and practical use of this kind of business. The second part focuses on onaly-sis the inward and outward conditions that are essential for both implementation and verifi-cation of the franchise concept given. The financial aspecst of this project are examined from the view of backflow and investiment effectiveness. Furthermore, the other conditions has been specified for the launching of this pilot project. The conclusion evaluates the attained results. |
