dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je konfrontace studia sociální pedagogiky na Fakultě humanitních studií na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně s problematikou emoční inteligence. Práce se zaměřuje na rozdíly a vztahy v emoční inteligenci mezi studenty oboru sociální pedagogika, protože vycházíme z předpokladu, že lidé pracující v pomáhajících profesích, mezi které zajisté patří i sociální pedagogika, by měli disponovat určitými předpoklady a schopnostmi, které je ve-dou k působení v této oblasti. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení problematiky inteligence, emoční inteligence, emocí a oboru sociální pedagogika. Praktická část navazuje výzkumem v oblasti emoční inteligence prostřednictvím předložené škály emocí. Výsledky by měly pomoci objasnit situaci na poli emoční inteligence v akademickém prostředí oborů pomáhajících profesí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is find out what is the relationship between emotional intelligence and the study of social pedagogy at the Faculty of Humanities at the Tomas Bata University in Zlin. The work focuses on the differences and relationships between emotional intelligence in students of social pedagogy. We assume that people working in the social education field, must have certain assumptions and skills that help them to deal with their eve-ryday work force tasks. The theoretical aspect focuses on explaining the issues of intelli-gence, emotional intelligence, emotions, and the field of social pedagogy. The practical aspect of the follow-up research on emotional intelligence is presented through the emotio-nal scale measure. The results should help shed light in field of the emotional intelligence and clarify the relationship of emotional intelligence with social pedagogy and other related professions.	en
