Cílem bakalářské práce je poukázat na vysokou rozvodovost a její vliv na děti. Zabývám se rodinou, jaká byla podoba rodiny v minulosti a dnes. Věnuji se opisu instituce manželství, kdy jsem provedl také malou exkurzi do jiných kultur manželství. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována tématu rozvod, blíže specifikuji druhy úprav poměrů k nezletilým dětem, obecně shrnuji základní právní normy. Okrajově se dotýkám výchovy otce ve vztahu ke svým dětem. Co výchova otce znamenala v minulosti a dnes. Zmiňuji se o sociálních aspektech rozvodovosti, tedy nejhlavnějších důvodech rozpadu manželství, a snažil jsem se nastínit možné dopady na dítě související s rozvodem, tedy popisuji zde rozvod a jeho vliv na děti. Snažil jsem se navrhnout možná řešení jak rozvodu předejít, neboť je velice důležitá prevence rozvodovosti. V poslední části práce hodnotím statistické údaje, které přímo souvisejí s rozvodem, tj. údaje o sňatečnosti a rozvodovosti, věku rozváděných partnerů, důvodech rozvodu, údaje o počtu a věku dětí z rozvádějících se rodin, a to tak, abych zmapoval statistické údaje rozvodovosti v České republice v letech 1950 - 2009 s důrazem na posledních dvacet let. |

Purpose of this work is to point to the high divorce rate and its impact on children. I deal with the definition of family, what was the form of family in the past and today. I deal further with a definition of the institution of marriage and I made a little excursion into another cultures and the position of marriage. Particular attention shall be given to the subject of divorce, I specify the types of arrangements to the children and I generally summarize the basic legal standards. I mention also marginally the father's role in upbringing of his children. What the father's role in upbringing meant in the past and today. I mention the social aspects of the divorce rate, thus the main reasons for the collapse of marriage and I tried also to outline the possible impact on child with relation to the divorce so I describe here the divorce en its influence on children. I tried to suggest possible solutions to prevent the high divorce rate, because it is very important to prevent divorces. I evaluate statistical data directly related to the divorce in the last part of this work, that is information on marriage and divorce, age of divorcing partners, reasons for divorce, information on number and age of children from divorced family, so that I would map the statistics of divorces in the Czech Republic during the years 1950-2009 with emphasis on the past twenty years. |
