Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám návrhem vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic firmy Smalt, s.r.o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na teorii vnitropodnikových směrnic. Analytickou část zaměřím na návrh vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic, které má firma zastaralé. Jedná se o směrnice pro pokladnu a ceniny, směrnice pro mzdy, odměňování a přijímání nových pracovníků a směrnice pro odběratelské faktury. Mimo jiné se zabývám popisem firmy, kde jsem vykonávala praxi. |
