dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá sebevzděláváním a aspekty, které jej mohou ovlivňovat. Zkoumá vliv pracovního prostředí na seberozvoj jedince a poukazuje na důležitost rodinného zázemí. Také přibližuje motivy a pohnutky, které k sebevzdělávání vedou. V praktické části jsou uvedena a pomocí metody zakotvené teorie analyzována data získaná z rozhovorů s pedagogy volného času.	cs

It examines the impact of work environment on self-development of an individual and highlights the importance of family support. It also points out motives and incentives which lead to self-education.
