dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce na téma ?Regionální operační program Regionu soudržnosti Střední Čechy v sociálních souvislostech? je seznámit všechny potencionální žadatele s možnostmi, které poskytuje finanční podpora a pomoc ze strukturálních fondů EU a především je provést procesem administrace žádosti o poskytnutí prostředků ze strukturálních fondů EU. V práci jsou vymezeny základní pojmy tématu strukturální fondy EU a popsána teorie politiky hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti EU. Následuje popis analýzy dotčeného prostředí a dotazníkového šetření ?Bílá místa?. Nosným pilířem je zpracování vzorové žádosti o získání dotace ze strukturálních fondů EU včetně doporučení autora k jednotlivým bodům žádosti, opírající se o jeho zkušenosti s administrací těchto žádostí na Úřadu regionální rady Regionu soudržnosti Střední Čechy. Dále navazuje popis legislativního rámce strukturálních fondů EU včetně uvedení souladu Regionálního operačního programu NUTS 2 Střední Čechy s legislativou EU. Závěr patří hodnocení splnění daného cíle diplomové práce a představení některých úspěšných projektů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis ?Regional Operational Programme of the Cohesion Region Central Bohemia in social context? is to acquaint all potencial applicants with possibilities of help and financial support from EU structural funds (ERDF). The main objective is to lead the applicants through the administrative process of proposals. Firstly, there are basic terms of EU structural funds defined and theory of Economy policy and social cohesion of EU described. Furthermore, there is a description of area concerned and suvey of ?White spots? . The major supporting pillar of all is the example of proposal preparation for EU structural funds including author recommendation for particular parts of proposal, based on author selfexperience with administration of proposals on the Regional Council of the Cohesion Region Central Bohemia. Finally, there is also mention the legislative framework of EU structural funds including correapondence with the Regional Operational Programme of the Cohesion Region Central Bohemia. The conclusion is dedicated to evaluation of the thesis and its fulfilment. Last but not least there are some of the successfull proposals.	en
