V diplomové práci je řešena problematika legalizace tzv. lehkých návykových látek. V úvodu této práce jsou uvedena specifika řešeného problému. Dále je vymezena klasifikace a definice omamných látek, včetně vymezení lehkých návykových látek. Je zde uveden přehled legislativy týkající se návykových látek. Tyto látky jsou zde rozvedeny z hlediska kriminalistiky - zjištění jejich přítomnosti v těle a doba uchování návykových látek v organismu. Další část tvoří statistické vyhodnocení trestných činů, páchaných v souvislosti s návykovými látkami za rok 2009 a komparace legislativy v oblasti lehkých návykových látek v ČR se zahraniční legislativou. Závěrečnou část práce tvoří vlastní sociologický výzkum včetně jeho zhodnocení a vyvození závěru. |

In this thesis I solve problems about legalization of so-called light addictive drugs. In the introduction this work are given specific solves problem. Furthermore is delimitation classifications and definitions of narcotics including the definition of light drugs. Here is an overview of legislation relating to drugs. These substances are detailed in terms of Criminology - establish their presence in the body and the retention period of addictive drugs in the organism. Another part is a statistical evaluation of crimes committed in contexts with drugs in 2009 and a comparison of legislation in light of addictive drugs in the CR with foreign legislation. The final part of the work is the sociological research, including the evaluation and conclusions. |
